Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Gavin brings an experienced understanding of the local market, a strong background in business, along with a family rooted connection to custom home building. Gavin earned his Business Administration degree from Flagler College, through academic and athletic scholarships working diligently graduating early obtaining Dean’s List status along with additional accolades.

Gavin’s exposure to the construction and luxury home industry began early on through his family’s custom home building business. This foundation, combined with a natural passion for real estate, led him to obtain his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. As part of a top-producing team, Gavin has gained valuable experience working with high-end properties in private club and waterfront communities.

Today, Gavin leads Bondi Home Watch, combining his background in real estate, business, and client service to deliver tailored home management and home watch solutions.
